The bed body of the base is made of formed square tubes with a thickness of 12mm and a size of 200*300, which can ensure stability and durability.
After annealing according to the process requirements, the base bed shall be processed by a large gantry milling machine at one time, and the rust prevention treatment shall be carried out in strict accordance with the process.
The main drive uses two sets of servo motors to realize synchronous operation, and the reducer uses a hard gear reducer, which has high transmission efficiency, high speed and large load force.
The width adjustment of the machine is driven by the servo motor system of Taiwan TBI high-precision ball screw. The diameter of the screw is 50 mm, which is the largest diameter ball screw in the glass machinery industry. It plays a decisive role in the stability of high-speed opening and closing. Its advantages are fast operation speed, high accuracy, and the maximum speed of size change can reach 15 m/min. It can cooperate with intelligent equipment such as detection platform, loading and unloading platform to realize full automatic processing.
Some key parts of the mechanical grinding head have cooperated with domestic CNC machine tool companies to design the grinding head spindle assembly suitable for us according to the standard of CNC spindle. The main shaft is equipped with angular contact ball matching bearing. The motor adopts Siemens energy-saving motor with belt speed change and rotational speed of 4500 r/min.
The lower chamfer design will install the Siemens motor on the top instead of the bottom, which can avoid the problem of motor damage caused by water ingress.
The special grinding head motor is used for the upper chamfer, and the motor speed is increased to 4000 r/min by using frequency conversion speed regulation, which is easy to maintain. At the same time, it also uses a positioning system for automatic position adjustment.
The coarse grinding head assembly of Siemens motor has a rotational speed of 4500 r/min, which has a faster grinding speed and better processing quality.
The main shaft adopts waterproof design with core technology. During high-speed operation, internal pressure will be generated inside the main shaft, and the water vapor will be discharged by itself, which ensures the stability of grinding and avoids the problem of water inflow into the main shaft.
Directly connected grinding head cooperates with frequency conversion speed regulation, and the motor speed is 4500 rpm.Energy-saving function: when no glass enters, the equipment enters the dormant state, and when there is glass enters, the machine resumes the processing state.
The working principle of the intelligent grinding head device is to connect the precision ball screw through a manual and automatic integrated reducer. The main computer system or PLC sends the position command. The high-precision motor connects the ball screw and rotates to drive the grinding head motor and the grinding head spindle assembly to automatically run to the position required by the command. When the grinding wheel detection assembly meets the detection conditions, the main computer system or PLC controls to start the detection. The detection block is retracted to the detection position by the cylinder, and then the intelligent grinding head feed system drives the grinding wheel movement to touch and push the detection block. Through the feedback of proximity switch or electronic ruler, the grinding wheel size detection is realized.
The polished cylinder adopts Taiwan AirTAC φ50 adjustable cylinder with lock structure. High locking precision and small gap.
